Description

All in one solar street-light comes with built-in passive infrared PIR motion sensor which automatically detects human/traffic presence adjusts LED brightness accordingly. If there is no motion for more than 30 seconds, the controller reduces brightness to fifty percent. On detecting any movement in the range of 12meters, the light will automatically glow at full This provides required illumination only when needed and helps in increasing battery backup period.

Component:

solar photovoltaic (SPV) module, a luminare, storage battery, control electronics, inter-connecting wires/cables, module mounting pole including hardware and battery box. But in now a day’s all in one Solar LED street lighting system available in market which consist this entire component in one set. Electricity generated by the PV module charges the battery during the day time which powers the luminaire from dusk to dawn. The system lights at dusk and switches off at dawn automatically.

How to set the component:

The luminaire is based on White Light Emitting Diode (W-LED), a solid state device which emits light when electric current passes through it. The luminaire is mounted on the pole at a suitable angle to maximize illumination on the ground. The PV module is placed at the top of the pole at an angle facing south so that it receives solar radiation throughout the day, without any shadow falling on it.
