High-rise rooftops provide a potential for solar panel installation. It is estimated that over 8 billion square miles of rooftops can be utilized for solar harvest. This ideally could contribute close to 1 Tera watt of power — a significant solution to the energy crisis of our era. Veracity energies provides a panel variant befitted for this purpose. Having a lower temperature coefficient and excellent efficiency even in low light environments, the panel is expected to perform optimally atop buildings, houses whilst providing efficient & cheap power to supplement the main grid and reduce the strain on it.

Veracity was contracted to install solar cells and panels atop Free zone Hotel in Gulu. This provided the tourist accommodation facility with reliable power and cut the operating costs significantly.
